Designed as a plug-in module, the Elo Linux Backpack integrates all compute hardware into a compact metal enclosure. It runs a hardened Linux distribution with full support for touchscreen drivers, network protocols and containerized apps. Connect via PoE+ or 12 V DC, then plug in HDMI and USB—all cables lock in place for tamper-resistance. With onboard Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 and Gigabit Ethernet, deployment is plug-and-play. Remote management tools enable OS patching and app updates without downtime.
