Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 999.99 AED. For orders between AED 0.00 and AED 999.99, a shipping fee of AED 25.00 will be applied.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

Daily Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Damages
NeoDgital is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
