Its sealed, fan-free chassis meets IP65 wash-down specs, repels solder-flux aerosol, and resists PCB dust. Lightweight yet ultra-durable, it drives pick-and-place, SPI/AOI inspection, and MES HMI with zero maintenance.

Product Description

This embedded computer integrates an ultra-low-power Intel® Atom-class processor on a compact mainboard, delivering responsive control in tight spaces. The die-cast aluminum enclosure provides EMC shielding and IP65 sealing. Four M12-sealed COM ports, plus USB, LAN, and digital I/O, connect directly to feeders, cameras, and conveyors—no dongles needed. Dual-band Wi-Fi supports wireless program updates and remote diagnostics. Preloaded for Windows 10 IoT or Linux, it’s turnkey for SMT line software.
